At La Indika, we have the single aim of being able to deliver to our customers the authentic Indian dining experience with the utmost courtesy and hospitality.
The menu at La Indika is inspired by our love of traditional Indian cuisine brought to life by continuous research into ever evolving regional dishes combined with use of the finest ingredients which are of course sourced ethically and locally wherever possible.
We have refined Gourmet Indian dishes by reinventing exceptional and unique recipes and applying innovative techniques whilst cooking in a contemporary cutting-edge style.
Amongst the various techniques and styles of cooking, we use pots, Singri and the tandoor amongst others. This is complemented by utilising our unique inhouse herbs, spices, and sauces blends.
Our chef Delip Singh has both international and UK experience. He has also worked and trained at Taj Group. Jalal Uddin has experience in many fine British Indian Restaurants. Both have accrued over 50 years of experience and expertise between them.
The owner and manager Rohel Miah has over 25 years of experience within the restaurant trade and is passionate about delivering high quality food complemented with high quality hospitality.
